When You're Ready to Join

Annual dues are just $24, based on an October-September year. New member dues are prorated based on the month of membership. We accept payment by check or PayPal.

• Print and complete the Membership Information Form.
• Scan the completed form and Email it to madtownmoms@yahoo.com or you can email us at  madtownmoms@yahoo.com to receive information on where you can mail your completed membership form.
• To pay by PayPal, find the current month below for your prorated first year dues, then click Pay Now. Please input the appropriate amount into the Unit Cost field.

• To pay by check, please request check-payment in your email along with your completed Membership Information Form. You'll receive information on where to send your check.
