Motherhood can be so rewarding--and so challenging! That's why it's important to have the support and companionship of moms with kids who are at similar stages.

Madtown Moms always welcomes new members from the greater Madison, Wisconsin area. It's easy and fun to join!

When You're Ready to Join

Annual dues are just $24, based on an October-September year. New member dues are prorated based on the month of membership. We accept payment by check or PayPal.

  • Print and complete the Membership Information Form.
  • Email the completed form to madtownmoms@yahoo.com.
  • To pay by PayPal, find the current month below for your prorated first year dues, then click Pay Now. Please input the appropriate amount into the Unit Cost field.
